Ingredients for Capsicum Omelette
- Capsicum - 3 nos
- Chopped onion - 1
- Chopped curry leaves
- Green chili - 2 nos
- Black pepper powder as required
- Egg - 3 nos
- Salt as required
preparation for Capsicum Omelette
- Cut the top of the capsicum and remove seeds
- Pour egg into the capsicum
- Add chopped onion, green chilli, curry leaves, black pepper powder, and salt, mix it well
- Put the top back on the capsicum and lock it with toothpicks
- Steam the capsicum until the color changes
- Capsicum omelet is ready to serve

Method For Capsicum Omelette
1. Cut the top of the capsicum
2. Remove seeds
3. Pour one egg into the capsicum
4. Add chopped onion and green chilli
5. Add chopped curry leaves, salt, and black pepper, mix it well
6. Put the top back on the capsicum and lock it with toothpicks
7. Steam the capsicum until the color changes
8. Capsicum omelet is ready and allows to cool slightly
9. Serve immediately
