Ingredients For Beans Fry
- 150 gm Green beans
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 cup Bread crumbs
- 2 Egg
- Salt as required
- Water
- Oil
Preparation For Beans Fry
First, cut the tips off both ends of the beans and add green beans in boiled water. Cover and bring to a boil. Cook until the beans are bright green, about 4 minutes. Drain and transfer into cold water and set aside. In a bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg. Drain the green beans and toss with flour to coat, shaking off the excess. Dip the beans into the egg mixture and then into the bread crumbs, coating thoroughly.
